Each cuvée needs time to develop at its own pace. We taste them all regularly to follow them on their road to maturity.

Depending on the mood of the vintage,
- The red cuvée Les Quarterons is ready 9 months after harvest.
- The Quarterons Blanc and Les Gravilices will need 18 months.
- The Vielles Vignes of Clos des Quarterons reveals itself fully only after 3-5 years of laying down.
