Maison Amirault is located in Le Clos des Quarterons, Saint-Nicholas-de-Bourgueil. It was one of the first buildings in the village, and served as the town hall and village school when it was built in the early 1800s.

Thierry and Xavier's great-great-grandfather purchased the property in the 1830s.
There were already vines at this time.

In 1893, the great-grandfather, Octave Amirault, added the east wing of the building and created the wine estate.

The house has been the emblem of the estate ever since.
