Your tasting will be paired with some local snacks.
We will tell you all about the contours of the appellation Saint-Nicholas de Bourgueil, the Clos des Quarterons and its history, its philosophy, its people, the profile of the wines and the varietals, the cycle of the vine, the work in the vineyards through the seasons, the differences in cultural practices (Organic, Biodynamic, Natural Methods)…
