Your program :
– Immersion in the vineyards small “educational and panoramic” walk in the heart of the estate’s plots, overlooking the winery.
–Presentation of the Loire Valley vineyard, the Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil appellation, Le Clos des Quarterons, its history, its philosophy, its people, the wine profiles and the grape varieties…
– Explanations related to the work of the vineyard, the environmental approach of the Domain, the notions related to the Bio, the biodynamy, the Natural Method Wines, the differences of terroirs…
– Visit of the Troglo cellar of the VAU RENOU, former quarry of Tuffeau (local limestone) and cellar of breeding of the wines of the Domain. Presentation of the work of breeding, the practices of the domain, the notion of “parcel”, the wine in amphorae…
– Tutored Tasting of our parcel wines (Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil, Bourgueil, Anjou Blanc and Crémant)
– Visit of the “Chai d’Oeuvres“ where you will find the history of the vine to the glass engraved on our tanks. You will leave with a little piece of our home and with a little extra Viti-Vini baggage!
